Trina Markusson

Trina Markusson has been studying and practising mindfulness for almost 20 years. She has participated in professional trainings in Mindful Teaching and Mindful-Based Stress Reduction and is advanced certified in Tapping. She has introduced mindfulness to thousands of people keynoting conferences, professional development sessions, private sessions and school visits. She has worked with many sports teams and athletes to help them find their peak performance. Trina is the author of the mindfulness book “Good Morning, Sunshine!” and is the creator of the Release App to promote mental wellness. Trina’s passion is sharing these tools with both adults and students so they may live a calmer, more present and happier life.
